Refund & Returns

At Maitri by Marphy, we want you to love your jewellery. If you are not satisfied, our return and refund process is as follows:

Eligibility for Returns: Returns are accepted within 2 days of delivery for unused, unworn, and undamaged items in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings, hair accessories, and customized jewellery are non-returnable.

Damaged/Incorrect Products: If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refund Method: Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
